Privilege under Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act attaches to what you tell the advocate you engage. We build to match that, rather than treating it as a policy page.
Documents are scoped to one consultation
An advocate can open your file only through the consultation it belongs to, never from a general list.
Links expire in minutes
Files live in private storage. Every view mints a fresh link that dies shortly after, so nothing durable can be forwarded.
Notes are private until shared
Your advocate's notes stay theirs unless they explicitly choose to share them with you.
Every administrative action is logged

Before you book
How do you know the advocate is real?
Every advocate submits their State Bar Council enrolment number and certificate. An administrator checks it against the roll before the profile can be booked. An unverified advocate simply does not appear.
Why do you ask which state my matter concerns?
An advocate is enrolled with a particular State Bar Council. Booking is blocked unless that advocate holds a verified enrolment in the state you select: the rule is enforced when the booking is created, not left to chance.
Is what I say confidential?
Communications with an advocate you engage are protected under Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act. Documents you upload are stored privately, reachable only by you and that advocate through links that expire in minutes.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee per consultation, shown before you book. There is no per-minute meter and no subscription. You pay once, for the consultation you booked.
Can I move or cancel a consultation?
Yes. Either side can propose a new time, and it only moves once the other agrees. Cancellations are recorded against the notice period, and refunds are handled by our team.
Do you rank or recommend advocates?
No. Advocates are listed alphabetically, and we do not sell placement or sort by rating. You filter by practice area, state and language, then choose for yourself.
